No Refund, Exchange Only:
All products are sold “as is”. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value within 14 days from the date of receipt. If an item of lesser value is chosen there will be no refund for the additional amount.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. Item chosen for exchange has to be confirmed within 30 days from the approval date.
We do not offer exchanges based on any customer's dissatisfaction with the natural tarnishing process of any of our Brass, Copper or Sterling Silver pieces.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom/personalized pieces.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75US, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
